THE DAZE OF TOXIC WATER

The Daze of Toxic Water was a collaboration with Andrew Ruhren in 1988 at locations on Long Island. In 1989, Fekner continued with a slightly different stencil in NYC as part of the Anti-Nuke Port Stencil Project organized by Ed Eisenberg and Greg Sholette, a protest against a proposed nuke-equipped Staten Island Navy base.
